The purpose of the images, usage channel, visual style and references are reviewed, and a detailed shot list is agreed before the shoot day.
Photography takes place in the studio or on location with professional lighting and equipment, following the approved shot list.
The best frames are selected and edited with colour, light and retouching to the brand standard.
High-resolution files for print and optimised versions for web and social media are delivered via a private gallery.
Both. Product photography is usually done in the studio; spaces, restaurants, teams and events are shot at your location. Travel outside Istanbul is charged separately.
The number is set by the approved shot list. For product photography, pricing is per item and each item includes 2–3 edited angles. For day-rate shoots, the count is agreed before starting.
A preview gallery for selection is sent within 1–2 working days after the shoot, and the final images are delivered 3–7 working days after your selection.
Final edited images are delivered by default. RAW files can be provided by prior agreement at an additional charge.
Yes. Images are delivered for your commercial use on websites, social media, print and advertising without time limit.
The shot list and visual style are approved before the shoot so the outcome is predictable. After delivery, two rounds of editing revisions are included. A re-shoot due to a change of mind is charged as a new shoot day.

Commercial and delivery terms are stated clearly before the project begins.
50% of the contract value is due at project start and the remaining 50% before final handover. Larger projects may be paid in stages aligned to project phases.
Two rounds of review and revision are included at the design stage. Further revisions, or changes after final approval, are scoped and invoiced separately.
Delivery time for each service is stated in working days before the project begins. Time spent awaiting content, feedback or approval from the client is added to the schedule.
Where delivery ahead of the standard schedule is required, the project is resourced accordingly at a 20% surcharge.
Stock imagery, commercial fonts, plugins and third-party services are charged at cost and registered in the client's name.
On final settlement, full ownership of the final files transfers to the client. Project files are archived for three months after handover.
Travel outside Istanbul, location hire and photography permits are the client's responsibility and are agreed before the shoot day.
Images are delivered for the client's commercial use without time limit. Serkanet retains the right to show the work in its portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed.
