Yes. If you have brand guidelines, every design follows them precisely. Otherwise, the core elements are derived from your logo and existing files.
For print: PDF with CMYK profile and bleed. For digital: PNG and JPG sized for each platform. Vector formats (AI or SVG) for logos and icons.
Yes. Design and print can be ordered together; the file is then prepared directly to the printer's specifications and a proof is approved before the run. Details on the print services page.

Commercial and delivery terms are stated clearly before the project begins.
50% of the contract value is due at project start and the remaining 50% before final handover. Larger projects may be paid in stages aligned to project phases.
Two rounds of review and revision are included at the design stage. Further revisions, or changes after final approval, are scoped and invoiced separately.
Delivery time for each service is stated in working days before the project begins. Time spent awaiting content, feedback or approval from the client is added to the schedule.
Where delivery ahead of the standard schedule is required, the project is resourced accordingly at a 20% surcharge.
Stock imagery, commercial fonts, plugins and third-party services are charged at cost and registered in the client's name.
On final settlement, full ownership of the final files transfers to the client. Project files are archived for three months after handover.
